As a member of edWorksheets.com, you agree to abide by all of the terms outlined below. Full access to our website is permissible by members only and until a member does not renew his/her subscription.

Termination
Once you register as a member of edWorksheets, you are not able to cancel your subscription. You will be notified when your membership is about to expire, and you have the option to renew or not renew at that time. If you do not renew your subscription, you will no longer have access to your account on the website. All materials obtained during the term of your membership will be removed from your “myWorksheets” folder and you will no longer be able to view the files.

Security
edWorksheets.com is a secure website. We understand the importance of privacy. We take the appropriate steps to protect the information you share with us from unauthorized access or disclosure. Credit card numbers are used only for payment processing and are not retained for marketing purposes.

Whenever you provide sensitive information (i.e. a credit card number), we will take appropriate steps to protect it. If you are using a browser that supports SSL encryption, such as Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer, your personal information (including your credit card number) is automatically encrypted during transmission.

We will also take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information in storage. We do not store sensitive personal information, such as, credit card numbers on our web servers. As soon as your browser sends your information to our web server, it is transmitted via encryption to our order processing system and then taken off of the Internet. This system makes your personal information unavailable to would-be "hackers."

Cookies
edWorksheets.com does not employ the use of cookies on our website. A cookie is a small data file placed on your hard drive by a web server while you're visiting a particular website. This file contains specific user information, which can then be later read by the web server when you move from page to page in the site and/or revisit the site.

We believe that cookies can be intrusive to the visitor, and can be technically limited and unreliable. Instead, we use an advanced proprietary software for personalization and anonymous visitor tracking, and our voluntary visitor registration software.

Disclosure of Personal Information
edWorksheets.com collects information from members in various areas throughout the website (i.e. membership signup, account information, newsletter signup). We do not share or sell any personal member information with any third parties.

edWorksheets.com grants you the right to reproduce as many worksheets as needed for noncommercial, individual, or classroom use only.
